Küschall reinvented
The Küschall brand has been a pioneer in design, performance and quality for active wheelchairs. Since the early 80ties of the previous century, Küschall is renowned as the leading brand in this category of medical equipment. Each wheelchair is unique and made to measure. The inimitable driving performance distinguishes in its efficiency, responsiveness and super agility.
The design of Küschall wheelchairs has always been different from the competition and to stay ahead a complete refresh of the brand will be launched this year: keeping it excellent quality, the design and performance has been upgraded. Coming from traditional round bended tubes, now hydroformed frames with rectangular shapes, show clearly a distinguished, modern and distinctive design. Hydroforming technology optimizes the weight/stiffness balance. On top of that, the frame shape enhances the ergonomics for the wheelchair user, when transferring in or out the wheelchair.
Küschall wheelchairs are designed and developed by a Swiss engineering team with many years of experienced and with a focus on performance, innovation and end user approach. Omar Afzal from Design Gen has provided the development team with creative input on ergonomics, design and color concept.
The wheelchairs are manufactured in our modern and efficient factory in France.
Product launches are foreseen in Europe starting mid-June. By the end of the year the complete portfolio of Küschall will be transferred with this reinvented Küschall appearance.
