That’s why easy support and intuitive performance should be the status quo. Cipher™ task and guest seating, designed in-house by HON’s Industrial Design Manager, was crafted with the user in mind, for a tailor-made seating experience.
Discomfort is a distraction, so productivity starts when users feel comfortable and supported. Cipher’s intentional design puts the user at ease, allowing them to concentrate on meeting the demands of their day. The low-profile controls put adjustments right at the user’s fingerprints, and the integrated weight-activated functionality lets the chair move with the user as they readjust throughout the day.
Multi-adjustable lumbar support allows users to independently adjust the tension and position of each side to meet their exact needs for optimal comfort, all while keeping an open-back aesthetic. The thin profile and clean lines pair beautifully with custom visual tie-ins, such as a contrasting seat stitch, or pops of accent colors to indicate adjustability on the arms and lumbars. Textured arm rests recall the contours of modern automobile design for a contemporary style that gives the chair a refined and sculpted look.
