A new cooling system design features indoor and outdoor intertwined microchannel systems, an industry first for commercial packaged systems, which provides higher part load efficiencies and delivers up to 15 IEER. To meet the connectivity demands of the market, Rheem Renaissance units are offered with ClearControl™, a standard DDC controller with modbus interface or optional BACnet or LonWorks interfaces.
What makes this unique is that ClearControl™ includes up to seven temperature sensors, a clogged filter switch, and fan proving switch, improving system reliability and operational diagnostics. ClearControl™ comes with a 32-character LCD Display that shows operations and functions as well as fault codes in clear text for easier serviceability.
