Endless Promise represents NEMO’s commitment to reduce resource consumption and keep gear out of the landfill. All Endless Promise products are painstakingly designed to be repairable, resellable, and most importantly, fully recyclable. The collection started in 2023 with the Forte™ Endless Promise® Men’s & Women’s sleeping bags and in 2024, expands into three more Responsible Down Standard-certified sleeping bags and an entirely new line of technical and commuter backpacks.
Each product in the collection meets these strict criteria, all while improving the user’s adventure experience. SLEEPING BAGS Each sleeping bag is designed with performance in mind, with features like NEMO’s Spoon™ shape to add space at the shoulders and knees; Thermo Gill™ vents for fine-tuned temperature regulation; insulated Blanket Fold™ or Headwall™ draft guard for comfort and temperature regulation; and a zippered opening at the footbox of Coda™ to create direct access and instant ventilation.
Soft, bluesign® approved recycled fabrics and 100% recycled synthetic insulation or RDS-certified down from ALLIED Feather + Down provide additional sustainability. BACKPACKS Designed for fit and function, Resolve™ & Vantage™ include material breakthroughs with exclusive CERO™ fabrics that are more durable and perform better in tear strength and water resistance than industry standard. Made from 95% recycled PET and PET co-polymers for easy, efficient recycling, CERO fabrics are solution dyed when possible to save water, chemicals, and energy.
Both packs feature CCubed™ cushioning material—a recyclable foam replacement providing breathability and moisture wicking capabilities. Naturally anti-odor, CCubed is made from recycled polyester fibers with no harmful chemical treatments, VOCs, or foaming agents, meaning all scraps can be further recycled, creating less waste. PARTNERS & PROCESS If the item is in good condition and qualifies for resale, the customer will receive a NEMO gift card or electronic payment based on its estimated value and the product will be resold through Out&Back Outdoors.
In the U.S., Unifi, Ambercycle and ALLIED Feather + Down have partnered with NEMO to recycle the polyester and down components of each Endless Promise product when it’s reached its end of life.
