We designed NOMAAD as an evolutionary, prefabricated, modular micro-living system that offers high quality design, adaptability, and affordability to anyone, anywhere. NOMAAD Living, a four module micro-living unit, premiered in April 2018 in Vittorio Veneto, Italy. The 280 sf Living unit is composed of specialized modules for bathroom with shower and HVAC, bedroom, kitchen, and living area. The unit arrives at the site with 10 ft ceilings, fully finished interiors, factory insulated walls, LED lights and smart system controls. NOMAAD is fully customizable with numerous material options for floor and wall panel finishes, as well as off-grid fixture upgrades, solar panels, green roof options, etc.. Nomaad Living is part of a suite of products under the NOMAAD name. NOMAAD comes in 70 sf modules that allow ease of transportation and access to sites where larger containers cannot be installed. The system requires minimal on-site assembly for a short installation time and produces limited construction waste. Aluminum framing gives the modules a rigidity to withstand high levels of torsion, while keeping the weight light.
